Рейс
An owned B2B product for transport companies. Drivers manage trips from their phones—even offline—while the office gets one operational view of shipments, fuel, expenses, documents, and the actual economics of every trip.

What I built
- Isolated company workspaces with owner, administrator, dispatcher, and driver roles.
- A Flutter app for iOS and Android covering trips, nested deliveries, driver advances, expenses, receipt photos, and an offline queue with later synchronization.
- Dedicated fuel accounting by country, litres, and unit price, with KZT, RUB, and USD operations.
- Automatic revenue, cost, balance, profit, and driver-pay calculations, with final reports in PDF and Excel.
- A web administration panel, vehicle maintenance history, action audit, session controls, and production backups.
Outcome
The production API and web admin are operational. iOS and Android builds exist; public store availability is not claimed yet.

Hero’s Journey
Worked across the stack: mobile, frontend, backend, automations, integrations, CRM workflows, and internal tools. I also shipped an AI WhatsApp advisor to production; personalized onboarding and follow-up flows lifted training completion from 60% to 80%. I delivered a vibe-coding workshop for the team.
