What I built

• Onboarding calculates macro targets, a realistic goal range, and a personalized phase-based journey that updates from actual progress.
• Nutrition diary with a local food database, search, barcode lookup, AI photo and text recognition, water, and activity tracking.
• Weight, measurements, weekly quests, achievements, and pattern detection for plateaus, missed logging, calories, and protein.
• The AI coach uses the goal, phase, weight trend, nutrition history, and quest progress, and can initiate proactive check-ins.
• One React Native codebase, a NestJS/PostgreSQL backend, freemium and subscription logic, and RU/KZ/EN localization.

Outcome

Publicly released on the Apple App Store after multi-round review and EU DSA compliance. The Android version is built; its Google Play release is not yet public.
